TRADEOPS™ — ORDER FORM & SIGNATURE PACKET

This Order Form, together with the documents incorporated by reference in Section 4, forms the entire agreement between TradeOps™ ("Company") and the Client identified below.

2 · Services & Investment
Custom amounts: any amount entered above replaces the standard rate for that line item and controls over any pre-printed figure. All amounts are binding once signed. No refunds per the Agreement.
3 · Payment Authorization
Client authorizes Company to automatically charge the payment method on file for every item selected in Section 2 on the schedule shown, until cancelled per the Agreement (30 days' written notice for month-to-month services). Installment authorizations continue until the total fee is paid and cannot be revoked while a balance remains. Failed charges may be retried up to 5 times over 14 days. Usage-fee charges vary with actual usage and are authorized charges. Client agrees to raise billing disputes with Company (Kyle@tradeopsautomation.com, within 30 days) and not to initiate chargebacks for authorized charges; this signed packet may be presented as evidence of authorization.

Client confirms receipt of each document. Where this Order Form states an amount, the Order Form controls.
5 · Signatures
By signing, each party agrees to be bound by this Order Form and every incorporated document, and consents to electronic signatures under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Florida UETA.
